But its not about how the law is written, its about how the law is applied.

Sweden's justice system works differently than Finland and Norway, you would need to disprove this, and eliminate the possibility of a cultural/political influences on the behavior of the prosecuting barristers.

Example, pointing to Obama's DoJ and saying look how the attorneys made up new laws by changing their interpretation of the law. See: immigration, marijuana, and environmental code.

The letter of the law is meaningless. Its up to the District Attorney/Attorney General/Solicitor General to decide how the law is applied.

Lets remember Sweden's rape laws are very expansive. See the Julian Assange case for an example of what can constitute rape in Sweden. Its quite bizarre. You would think there are acceptable "risks" that are taken after consent is given, when two people are in motion together. Well guess what, not in Sweden.

I.E. If a condom slips off/breaks by accident, that's considered forcible rape in Sweden.

You can't just toss up a single known unknown and try to use it as an excuse to terminate any thought on the matter though. Either way it won't matter in the long run, the Swedish government has come to the conclusion (a year after the U.N.) that they can't afford to sustain anywhere near the number of migrants entering the country that are currently being imported.
But in the meantime they are paying to train them to use sniper rifles... I can't make this shit up.

In certain cities like Cologne, anywhere you have mass migration, if you do not join groups like the Soliders of Odin, you're not a patriot of Germany.
