Can anyone here translate from uberlanguage? From what I'm reading the Muslim raped this kid in a town hall in broad daylight and was only slapped with a restraining order?

It reads like the rape occurred by luring from a public area of city hall to a private bathroom to me. My german is pretty sad. But yes, seems the rape occurred due to a foolish 16-year-old agreeing to help a 36-year-old brown in a public building and being forced into a bathroom (stall? not sure). You know what they say about letting your guard down 'round browns.
