Make every forum other than Starting Player/Tech Support/Petitions requires a premium forum account.

In order to make a premium forum account you need to make a .25-$1 verification via paypal/credit card to get full access.

Non Premium members can view anything they want but are limited to just posting in the free sections.

Instant way to stop spammers and troll accounts.

$1 registration "donation" is a great idea IMO. Server gets a few bucks to help support it, we remove the idiot spammers. Win, Win.
