I heard this was classic but never heard anyone talk about it for how broken/good it is.

It is RIDICULOUSLY good for enchanters. Omfg. Like doubles my survivability when I don't need to wait 2 seconds between stuns/roots/etc [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Does that tinkered telescope thing click from inventory AND without having to target yourself? Does the effect from it actually affect your vision?

Rod of insidious glamour seems to be the best for enchanters as you stay on target and there are no indoor/outdoor checks.
