I heard this was classic but never heard anyone talk about it for how broken/good it is.

It is RIDICULOUSLY good for enchanters. Omfg. Like doubles my survivability when I don't need to wait 2 seconds between stuns/roots/etc :)

Does that tinkered telescope thing click from inventory AND without having to target yourself? Does the effect from it actually affect your vision?

Just get a goblin earring bruh

Rod of insidious glamour seems to be the best for enchanters as you stay on target and there are no indoor/outdoor checks.
