Well I got in and got my Cabby made (Milburn) but I'm having TERRIBLE frame rate issues in this game whenever I move my mouse.

I'm updating my catalyst drivers right now, hopefully that fixes it.

They are fixing the max population issue. Seems that 485 was the most the server would allow on. I heard that there were nearly 1000 other ppl trying to log on.

I think I might be retarded.
So after 3 hours of downloading the launcher setup .exe
I finally clicked to launch it, it then asked me to point to where the game.dll file was, so I couldn't figure out why it thought I already had the game files somewhere so I exited the set up to look it up, and the 3 hour long download now reads that it failled to download, which is bs because I was running it a sec ago, look in downloads and it's not there, so here I go downloading it again, wtf, where it go?, why was it thinking I already had the game dll files?
