Temporary block on my IP

I made a second account so my kid could play with me on his computer. When trying to log in with his account I get the following message:

"You are currently not allowed to log in to this server because the IP has been temporary block on it. Please try again later."

I have waited for quite a while with no change. How can I get this cleared?

I think it might have happened because I tried logging in to the same account with both computers.
