Temporary block on my IP
 

I made a second account so my kid could play with me on his computer. When trying to log in with his account I get the following message:

I have waited for quite a while with no change. How can I get this cleared?

I think it might have happened because I tried logging in to the same account with both computers.

yeh you'll have to make a 2nd account for your son.

I just tried making him a second account, but get the same message. Any other ideas?

I followed your suggestion and turned in a petition at the provided link this past weekend. I have not had any kind of response so far. Is this something that usually takes a long time?

I think I've read from other post it is 1-2 weeks usually.
