Am I Canni dancing wrong?

I'm a young, inexperienced shaman and I am curious if I am canni dancing incorrectly.

From what I read, the process is simple. Sit down and wait for hp/mana tick, stand up and cast Canni, and sit down.

But I hear that the uptick of hp/mana happens once ever 6 seconds? It seems to happen much sooner for me. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

I wait about 2 seconds and my hp and mana both jump up between 1 - 3%.

Am I not waiting long enough?
