I heard this was classic but never heard anyone talk about it for how broken/good it is.

It is RIDICULOUSLY good for enchanters. Omfg. Like doubles my survivability when I don't need to wait 2 seconds between stuns/roots/etc [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Know what's gonna be bad for enchanters? When channeling is brought more in line / resist checks. That VoG'd bok knight becomes QUITE a liability!

Does that tinkered telescope thing click from inventory AND without having to target yourself? Does the effect from it actually affect your vision?
