What are the best starting stats for a half elf bard?

does charisma effect mez and lull? or doesn't it?
how helpful are str/dex considering eventually in a raiding scenario they max out easily?
int/wis generally agreed useless.
stamina 5points enough or all 25?

sta/cha/dex are probably the frontrunners? but leveling in bronze armor or even lambent might be tough without a few points in strength?


the wiki has really clear advice on stats for every class EXCEPT bards! so please help with thoughts.
