What are the best starting stats for a half elf bard?
 

does charisma effect mez and lull? or doesn't it?
how helpful are str/dex considering eventually in a raiding scenario they max out easily?
int/wis generally agreed useless.
stamina 5points enough or all 25?

sta/cha/dex are probably the frontrunners? but leveling in bronze armor or even lambent might be tough without a few points in strength?

Cha affects lull but not mez. Cha and dex impact missed notes, but this isn't a big deal ever. Don't worry about being encumbered, you can run around twisting str songs when needed (indoors. Outside Selo's more than makes up for encumbrance from armor). Dex could be useful for procs.

Bard gear has tons of cha and dex. Advice from a classic bard: all sta.

Oh, and cha mayyyy affect charm duration, but as a bard this doesn't much matter even in pvp heh.

That's exactly what I did. The most important thing is to stay alive, so the more HPs the better.
