Default Xp requirements to level

http://wiki.project1999.org/index.ph...ement_by_Level

^ is confusing me.

The formula it lists for "how much you need to get through any given level" actually matches what the chart says is how much xp you will have total after finishing any given level. And then the amount of xp required to make any given level on the chart? Nowhere is it mentioned how that number is created. Plus, after a recent PL experience with a friend, I know you definitely can earn more than 11% of any given level with a single kill.

How the hell does it actually work?

The way it's coming up with the amount needed per level is to use the L^3 x C x R x H to find the total xp at the end of a particular level, and then subtracting the value obtained from the previous level to find the difference, e.g. how much XP you will need to pass through said level.

So if total XP at end of level 2 = 5,000 and total XP at end of level 1 = 1,000 (Just for an example) you'd need 5,000-1,000 = 4000 XP for level 2.

Another way of looking at that table is instead of thinking End of Level "X" it could say 0% into Level "X+1"

As for more than 11% / kill, I don't think that's meant to be possible? Could be wrong but I seem to remember getting exactly 11% on alts back in the day when killing mobs much higher in level.

This would be awesome if someone made a super easy to read chart from 1-60 for each of the race/class combinations.

NOT IT!

Ahh, gotcha. I'll edit the wiki wording so that people who are dumb as me don't get confused by it in the future.

And re: the 11% cap? That may have been the case on live, and the wiki says it is the case here, but it's not, as any level 4 in EC who gets a druid buffs in EC and then goes and kills a kodiak in WC can attest.

Edit - ah, someone editted already.

(Level)^2 x ZEM.

So a level 50 mob in a zone with base ZEM of 75 = (50)^2 x 75 = 187,500 EXP. I have taken the following link and found the level ranges / XP I gain per kill to be accurate based on note-taking while grinding and the average # of mobs it takes me to gain 1% over 10-25% of a level.

Refer to this (or ZAM in the case of a few mobs or Howling Stones) for level ranges.
