Been away for years, now character gone

Hi,

I used to play Project 1999 years ago, logged on to my account successfully, however when I attempted to log on to one of the two Project1999 PvE servers (Kunark or Velious), nothing happened, it's as if my character has gone.

Any steer/assistance would be appreciated.
