![]() Essentially, at the moment if you pickpocket a pet that's had its charm broken, you can pickpocket a torch... and it gets to keep the torch its holding.
I'm not sure if this applies to weapons... but perhaps worrying if someone starts doing it with stun weapons or such, assuming that worked [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

![]() Thought pick pocket didn't pick up any equippable item?
Shouldn't be able to pick pocket any weapons anyways.

![]() You should not be able to pickpocket worn items, that is correct. I'm not sure if all undead are flagged unpickpocketable even if they have a body or if it's just skeletons. Sounds like there isn't a worn item check in place, just non magic.

Torch is equipped in the mob's secondary hand. Charm breaks, I attempt to pickpocket and successfully pickpocket a torch. Torch is still equipped in its secondary hand. Has happened a few times now, and the screenshot isn't the clearest but you can see below.... [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

![]() I've found that it didn't duplicate the item, but merely didn't remove the graphic displayed once the item was disarmed/picked from the mob.
