it's really bad
it does not improve the original game at all (except upgrade to bg2 UI) what it brings (takes away) to the game: added bugs (including game-ending bugs) non-creative extra (3) characters uninspired romance quest movies replaced by comic book-esque animation (imo - "better quality" but radically does not fit the mood of the game)

They apparently are full speed ahead on bg2ee... which makes me sad. They can do far worse with bg2 than bg1.

Not much interest in playing it again myself. But BG and Icewind Dale were favorites for me back in the day though. | ||
