Spells: Diamondskin usable by SKs, Post-Velious Hybrid Improvement

Diamondskin (44wiz, 44nec) is currently scribe-able and cast-able by 59 SKs.

This should not be the case until the big hybrid improvement patch post-Velious.

Shadowknights:

Removed artificially inflated mana cost for pre level 50 lifetap spells. Please note that post-50 lifetap spells never had an inflated mana cost.
Moved Spirit Tap to level 55. (Currently SK 56)
Moved Drain Spirit to level 57. (Currently SK 60)
Added Drain Soul at level 60. (Currently SK 255)
Grim Aura added at level 22 and enhanced. (Currently SK 255)
Moved Shieldskin to level 34.
Pet buff added at 29.
Added Diamondskin spell at 59. (Currently SK 59)
