Fodin Frugrin and the Air Tight Box Quest issues

Some of this was incorrect but not all.

Pending update:
-Fodin Frugrin changed to Eldritch Collective faction.
-Updated amiable+ dialogue text for Fodin.

Fodin is supposed to give you the box at at least apprehensive faction

I do not find this to be correct.
