When 15 was not enough members to kill a raid boss in Kunark.

Q: Can we camp raid mobs?
A: If you choose to lay a claim to an unspawned raid npc, your raid must be at the npc's spawn point with sufficient force. At this point in time 15 level 50s was considered enough to kill raid targets in classic. This rule is outdated. It's laughable that TR is attempting to use it in Kunark.

How do you find out what the exact /loc of a mob spawn is? specifically a mean raid mob like trak who is so big?

It seemed from what I've been privy to that Kinsawt was trying to get Zee to suggest a rotation. (So they could call us the weaker guild)

Also, a rotation only benefits them- as they currently have more VP keys than us and their only motivation is to dominate VP. Now that they're losing Trakanon consistently, it makes sense for them to want us to suggest a rotation.

How does Zeelot's suggestion change anything. Now you're sitting on the ledge 300 yards away with 50+ people instead of on his spawn point. You moved things back a week and nothing has changed. True, FTE will be easier to establish, but the true problem (poopsocking) still remains. People are still logged in 24/7 if they want to kill Trakanon.

For the health of the server and both guilds, you would think something more substantial than move back 300 yards would have been pushed. With that said it's still better than sitting on spawn point and hoping you're in the right spot to get proxy aggro and FTE.

The pull took so long and got reseted because you guys peeled it off me TWICE and I had to go back in to get it back after me, then decided to take the long run to avoid more vultures (which I guess was a bad idea now, because it opened the door to more bs). This is when Amelinda asked me why I was not running straight for camp and sent it back to its spawn point.
Rest is history, we got FTE again and you guys killed it.

Both guilds claimed first, no GM was there to make a ruling when it happened. There was no CLEAR fraps of who or what was first. Not that I have seen. If you have, and it is clearly that Trak, and clearly evident (also need some UI addons to show whats even Trak's lair)... then you should resort to what was used at the site of the kill, which is FTE...

How do you find out what the exact /loc of a mob spawn is? specifically a mean raid mob like trak who is so big?

Yes both guilds have been through 1 or more mergers, but the massive recruiting and by FAR the majority of merge/absorbs were done by your crew. Shit Fishbait and Dark Suspension used to spam recruiting macros in EC in a way that would make Peace Pipe tell them to stfu.

Not really, I've seen this server from a variety of perspectives, and have a very well-rounded interpretation of the events on this server with a small break during my final semester. You guys are part of the legacy of the biggest joke on this server, regardless of whether or not you've gotten better at wiping to Talendor with 55 (oh wait) or killing Trakanon with less than 80 people.

I'm actually really happy for you guys tho. Last Trak was a lot of fun, and I hope you can continue to compete on that level rather than resorting to what you've been doing every other time you've ever killed a raid mob.

The inference is that we should suggest a rotation- a rotation is nothing but detrimental to us because of;

A) We have less keys than TR
B) TR has been consistently losing Trakanon.

It's not about us trying to be dicks. We don't want the same shit that is happening with Trakanon to happen with VP. If we cave and make some sort of deal with TR to split Trakanon, we get keys at the same rate they do- and they have _more_keys_than_us_

TR never even considered doing rotations until we started cockslapping them- When we did, they started to have a change of heart. "I don't understand why we feel we need to have all the mobs and not let anyone else get any"

They never admitted these feelings publicly, because it would make them look like the inferior guild.
