Dimithio Quit Wasting GM's Time

Here is the reason why GM's are having near death headaches. This isn't the first incident that I had with Dimithio. The first incident happened in Mistmoore at Cloaked Dhampyre camp. He claimed that he is camping dhampyre only after I have been clearing and contantly killing dhamp's PH for over 2 hours. He then have the damn nerves to Petition and waste Utgaard's precious time to come out and investigate. Turns out Dimithio is a fucking moron so Utgaard suspended his account for a week. Well... now he is back and I got some screenshots of his ass kissing retarded behavior.


This image shows me at chief camp in Temple of droga (only two person is in the zone me and Zeelot), I have just cleared the PH and spotted Dimithio's corpse, I checked if he was online, time stamped and I took a screenshot (I had a feeling he would come back and try something stupid AGAIN).

This chat showed chief spawned, I killed Chief and looted chief. Temple of Droga spawn time is 18 - 20 minutes. So obviously Chief had spawned and 20 min have passed already from the time i cleared PH and spotted Dimithio's corpse. About 15 - 20 mins later dimithio arrive at my camp. Here is the conversation:

Naturally when you arrive at a camp and someone else is there you simple ask to get in line. This is not the case for Dimithio who believe the game revolve around him. He think he is friend with the GM's so they favor him. I'm glad that is not the case. He will try and do anything even the stupidest thing to try and get a camp that he wants.

I'm usually a nice guy everyone knows already who come across me. I never petitioned Dimithio, remember that! We could've solved it peacefully by ourself but Dimithio had to petition a lie to Amelinda. I'm doing everyone a big favor by posting this so if Dimithio pull something stupid and waste another gm's time you can say you heard it here already and you know whats up.

In conclusion this is a Free to play game the GM's dont get paid. Don't give them a hard time. I have mad respect for Uthgaard, Rogean, Hobby, Amelinda and anyone who worked hard to get this old mmorpg running just so we all could enjoy once more from the start.

I find it rather pleasurable to do exactly this. Sorry, but Everquest isn't easy mode. It is not my responsibility to make your game easy mode. Personally I never ask or answer a CC unless I'm looking to form up a group in Sebilis or someone else is, so as not to step on anyone... Never to make my own life easier by picking a money camp from 10,000 units away.

So . . .the people asking for a CC, which is nothing unreasonable or obsessive, as you seem to imply, are the douchemonkeys. Yet the one who takes pleasure in allowing people to run through a zone to find out the spawn is camped isn't?


Assuming everyone is crazy and shouting CCs because they want to confront you is quite a leap. Sometimes it's normal people who don't want to waste a lot of time running somewhere for no reason. Same as someone asking for a sow, except responding to a CC doesn't even cost you mana.

No, i often afk between kills when farming something, so dont get to respond to a CC. Why I don't shout CCs or listen to them (unless i can't get to a place) is because people have a tendency to claim a camp without actually being there if it's open (seb camps now, but efreeti before. It's very VERY common). So i'd run there and check if it's actually camped then CC.

This is going to happen in any game in which you have static customer service representatives interacting with the player-base directly, often repeatedly. It happened on every server on Live, when you had the same Guides, Admin Guides and Admin GMs assigned to the same server, servicing the same players day in and day out. It is the nature of the beast.

Most are able to retain "friends" yet remain impartial and fair. A few, not so much, but they are often the minority and are quickly exposed. Personally, it doesn't bother me.

I don't think there is any more favoritism here than there was on Live servers, it just seems like there's more because this is a server of 800 or so, as opposed to a server of 3000.

Amelinda did fine considering the information she had to work with. Logs and screen shots come later, when a player is suspected of being a "repeat offender".

I restored him to full and told him to continue what he was doing so I could see if he was really getting trained or not. I had the whole situation investigated and moved on before Amelinda even showed up.
