At this point I’m just trying to get my immediate family vaccinated. They’re my priority. A couple of us have already completed the Pfizer series.

I feel for anyone who has been doing their part in limiting the spread of this virus and unfortunately still end up getting sick be it from a reckless family member or whatever the case was.

A good portion of the population still aren’t taking this serious. Those are the people I’m talking about when I mean I stopped caring about this 6 months ago. They are the ones who will only learn the hard way. It’s sad to say but I’m completely indifferent whether they live or die at this point. But it doesn’t mean we treat them (medically) any different. I'm 26 days post full pfizer vaccination and no issues aside from about 24 hours of an immune response 8-10 hours after the 2nd dose. All of my colleagues have basically had the same experience give or take some symptoms from the immune response. Both my maternal grandparents are fully vaccinated and they didn't have any immune response symptoms.

Also your audience here with the exception of a select few are a bunch of dolts who aren't getting vaccinated so I wouldn't get too excited about trying to win any awards for being vaccinated in the "first" wave.

There're so many people in healthcare and emergency medical organizations that aren't taking the vaccination they're offering it to retirees that want it.
