Which cities should an enchanter not ruin faction with?

So I’ve been thinking it might be fun to kill guards in Neriak, or kill Gnomes in Sol A. But I’m worried that I might need to make use of those cities in the future.

What cities are absolutely necessary for an Enchanter to maintain his faction for? Am I going to make doing Sol Ro or Epic quests impossible for myself in the future if I’m hated in a few towns?

Enchanters usually do oggok from late 30s til 45. then finish up 50 in grobb.

Grobb is a jam, those guards got mu-mu-mu-money, especially for stanky swamp dwellers.

I believe an enchanrer should preserve as many as possible because that's one of the things the class is so good at :p
