each major crew is operating at 4/20 capacity.

Dava, tallboys, Catalina (jibs crew) etc are missing about 15-20 people each. Tallboys nearly nonexistent.

Server is mostly dentists + new people.

Sad to report TALLBOYS nearly extinct. Turns out a guild of cool and normal can't stay immersed more than a year or two. Seems most of the bros have moved on. RIP TB but pras their RL gains.
