I have two Grand uncles that have been missing from the Dallas area since the assasination of Kennedy...no one in my family talks about it anymore and no one ever looked for them very hard since both were convicted felons and had ties to organized crime...they were never heard from since the very day of the assasination...

My uncle chased a guy who walked on his grass down the street and shot him 3 times in the back, killing him. In broad daylight. In front of a dozen witnesses. He spent a grand total of 3 hours in jail. Dallas in the seventies was a crazy place.
