So lets look at the agreement, In my short stint in VDA i understook that epic items belonged to the bank unless they epic was about to be completed. Often we/they would give items to people who could use them prior to combining the epic. My best guess would be that sly would have been given the item and told to return it when a necro was ready to complete.


Is a BDA necro ready to complete the epic?
Did you specificly say in the agreement that if sly left the guild he would return the item?

If no to the above answers, i suggest SLY still has kept up his part of the agreement, If and when BDA has a necro ready to complete and SLY did not provide the eye as requested, we then would have a breach of contract.


In my opinion You need to wait till you are ready for a necro to take back the item before you are outraged and before sly has officaly broken your agreement.

It was the first Mistwalker and I was the only active druid. There was no druid crew. When it dropped, Deano only played Dblock, Blaine hadn't been on since before I joined the guild, and Prospect was not yet a member. If you're going to act like a historian, please have some vague idea what you're talking about.

Prospect started raising a stink about it when it was on Deano and Deano stopped logging in, then promptly stopped logging in when it was on his character. I never said a thing about the Mistwalker until I was pissed off about getting repeatedly dicked in sky, including one drop that went to someone's alt and one drop that went to an app.

i don't know everything you've done on this server. i know my interactions with you as a guild officer have always been very poor (sky, paladin epic, etc.). I've heard similar stories in regards to sky from others who were in full circle. I'm sure there are plenty of other examples out there. I also don't run to the rants section and make up lies to try to make the server feel sorry for me and slander another group, which you clearly resort to.

This issue was a slydexx/bda issue. You used it as a means to take shots at FE and were called out for being full of shit. FE's leadership (Shinko and Sloan both confirmed) that they feel this issue is in Slydexx's court to handle, as they are concerned Slydexx was untruthful on the nature of how/why he had an Eye. That's the official stance.

And Shinko, before you pop off and roast me- read the thread. I've not once generalized, blamed FE as a whole, nothing. My only participation in this thread was to vent re: Slydexx. It's nice to know where your guild stands (although I may not agree with it, it's not my guild nor choice) and that's where I'll leave it. A better understanding of what some people are all about, I guess, albeit a disappointment.

The server is not four years old.
You played Dblock because you wanted gear. You brought Dblock to CT raids repeatedly hoping for a Bladestorm. You quit the game each and every time you hit BiS.
I had been a full member for weeks, but you wouldn't know that because you were mostly inactive in game and on the forums. Prospect joined the guild after me. I'm almost certain that he wasn't present at that raid.
The only officer present was Karsten.
I didn't bring up the Mistwalker in this thread. If there was an item I really wanted at the time, it was the staff from CT. That never dropped for us. I never even think about it when it's not discussed on this forum. You seem really worried about it, though. Even at the time, my concern was the lost DPS from you leaving the guild's only Mistwalker offline constantly.

Feel free to go back to sneaking around at work to play video games. You're an upstanding individual and employee. Whispering into Ventrilo isn't creepy or shady at all.

This actually happened again recently, minus the corpsecamping. A small assassin crew of div went rampage mode on much bigger numbers at a recent PvP event.

which event you refering to? The one with alovia? that one was fun, FE had the only battle cleric there so we was able to keep our numbers up. Heard other folks had to get ported/run back, not sure why alovia wouldn't rez folks that died at her pvp event.

Last time I'm going to repeat this: I didn't bring it up. I initiated a conversation about it one time in summer of 2010. All I've done in this thread is respond to accusations about it. I'm going to repeat this one last time: I argued for Blaine to hold the Mistwalker because he had the highest play time. At one point, all of us could request to use it outside raid times. I never requested it a single time.
