Spells: Froglok Hunter/Forager and named friends

Hey there, back in EQlive all these close friends of mine would drop spells. I believe 51-54 or possibly 55th level. The one exception to this was Doom, on the Hunter cycle. He would drop 51-58 or possibly 59 spells fairly commonly. I have very limited proof of this other than the patchy offerings from the allakhazam database. But I'm certain they dropped. 100% certain 51-54 on all but Doom who dropped atleast 51-58 spells, possibly 59th. Further research into this may be required?
