Miscellaneous: brownies in lesser fay

Was running around with my druid in this zone and the faction with these little guys seems off.

I remember being attacked by these little buggers. But they are dubious to my druid on this server. I remember having to go into wolf form to trade with the brownie merchants. But in wolf form they are still dubious to me and wont trade with me.

Yep thats right. Brownies were scowling to druids and apprehensive/indiff to wolf form in classic. Brownie Scouts were the slayers of lowbies back in the days.

Agreed, I do not know what faction they would have been with other races, but with a wood elf druid I died to them often.

Saw one last night as a half elf bard and they were dubious, I was relieved and curious.

I havent seen any in lesser fay. just brownie outcasts.
and those arent wondering the zone either.
The only brownies I have seen wondering the zone are the named ones.

So how should this look for brownies? Can be as specific as you'd like.

I don't remember them being KOS to any of my characters.. now the brownie scouts for the druid epic are KOS to just about everyone- indifferent to wolf form though. Of course, they won't be in until epics though.

Brownies weren't KOS to you unless you were an evil race. However, people leveled off of them in classic and that's why so many people were kos to 'em (from what I remember anyways).

I know you could get groups there and then have a druid share wolf form and sell to the vendor.

Ya I remember never getting attacked w/ my HE Paladin. I never fought them or the fairies either though.
