Global OOC Compromise

ok so lots of ppl want global ooc and lots more do not. I personally think that if server had 500+ at all times then would not need, but under that shud be in. HOWEVER, I am a kind and just troll, so I wuz thinking about what would be a goog compromise. What if instead of global OOC, there were OOC "regions?" For instance, you could make it so OOC was separate for each continent but u could hear other ppl in zones on same continent. Alternatively, the zones cud be split up into bigger zones where ooc was the same. Aka, Innothule, grobb, the guks, feeerot, oggok and fear cud be one "ooc zone"
