Can the dynamic range system be fixed and brought back?
The absolute #1 issue in PvP right now is that people are often out of range when they shouldn't be. Whether they're healing the people you're fighting or competing for the same content as you, it seems that pretty much every instance of PvP is affected by the fact that several players will be out of range to eachother. It's a huge obstacle to PvP, and it's very often what determines the outcome of a fight because a 6v6 easily turns into a 6v3 if the levels don't line up. OOR healing is a frequent problem as well, and in the lower levels where the range is smaller, you constantly get people capable of doing the same content but incapable of PvPing over it. The dynamic range system fixed all of this, and the only thing that was wrong with it was bugs. For some reason nobody could fucking see this and just screamed "the dynamic system is crap!!!111˝" so loud that Rogean flung it out the window and Null ran out and buried it. If the few bugs can instead be fixed, this would solve a multitude of crippling problems that currently threaten the quality of the PvP on this server.
