Help--Loggin Issue

Hey,

I restored my computer.

Downloaded all the titanium everquests again.
Downloaded the most recent Everquest files.
Downloaded WinEQ.

And i get an error when trying to get into Character select screen saying;

"One or more of your Everquest Files are not the correct Titanium version for Project 1999. You will not be able to play until the files listed in red are replaced with correct versions.

( in red it says )

spells_us.txt (731221104 )

I went and opened the spells file under the latest patch notes and the whole thing is in a different language, looks like an Asian language.

Is it supposed to be like that? I wouldnt think so...?

Anyways any help would be appreciated!
