Game Mechanics: Highhold Keep "a noble: randomly agro

There have been a few strange occurrences lately with mobs in HHK. It has been intermittent and I haven't been back there since the hot-fix so I don't know if it has been resolved.

I am not KoS to the mobs "a noble" - yet on a few different occasions "a noble" from upstairs or on the same floor as me (which are static and don't wander) randomly came and attacked me when I wasn't agro on anything.

I know a few others this has happened to as well - where either "a noble" or Guard Quetzel agro'd out of nowhere from upstairs - when we were not engaged in killing so it was not assist agro, and no one else was near killing them or pulling anything.

Since this hasn't been happening consistently I don't know the best way to test it - but it has happened at least 4 or 5 times to me over 2 evenings hunting there

Not exactly sure if this is related but:

Back when I was soloing aviaks in South Karana I would occasionally pull some of the mobs on the ground from 2-3 flights up (and often times I would run back up the ramp because I was camping the top floor but would pull a few blue cons while waiting for respawns). When I did this it would sometimes take an extremely long time for the mob to get to me and he would appear from out of nowhere when he finally did.

Like I said, not sure if it's related but since you are talking about mobs and PCs on different floors/elevations and since mobs love to take magical paths through walls/etc, maybe this is the same phenomenon?

I realize that you said you are not KoS to the Noble so that is a bit of a conundrum. But maybe it got wind of you killing something it would normally assist but it just took forever for the noble to reach you? Just a wild guess.
