Problem. Drastic.

It doesn't happen everytime, sometimes I get lucky. But a majority of the time whenever I zone it kicks me out of the game. giving me an error about how my IP has been temporarily blocked, I'm not really a tech savy individual but I went through all of the steps on the getting started guide and I can't figure out how to fix this problem. Please diagnose/help.
