Quest Issue: Shackle of Steel Final Turn in (Items Eaten)

I turned in correct items to correct NPC (Veltar/an Iksar Slave) and my two shackles and copper nickel key were eaten. What now? Can these be returned to me? I'm pretty discouraged by the loss.

Make a thread in the petition/exploit area of the forums explaining what happened and the gms will review it. As there are many shackles of steel on the server, you most likely did something wrong.
