Spells: Spell: Harmshield Bug

I made a petition which was responded to by guide Braknar regarding the following:

The spell, Spell: Harmshield has a level 20 Necromancer requirements..but also has a level 255 Shadow knight requirement. This spell is only obtainable via research and was discovered on a vendor in Neriak Foreign Quarter.

After some research, this spell might be available to Shadow Knights at level 50, but could have been implemented in a later expansion.
