Did color stun line get nerfed?

Maybe it's just me but since the patch, my color stun line is failing ALOT. At level 52 I rarely got a resist on stun in pohate. Now I'm 3 levels higher and it seems like it gets resisted in the same zones about 25 to 50% of the time. This means that I'm dying frequently from charm breaks or resisted mezzes, and it is discouraging that color stuns are no longer a reliable option it seems.

I could see a bad RNG night but it has been every day since the patch in hate, HS, and the hole. How am I supposed to charm pets or risk crowd control if I have no stun option? Powering through with mez without a quick stun isn't viable to survival at my level. Also do any stuns resist less than others? I use color shift bc it's lower mana, quicker than slant, and lasts long enough to mez or root.
