Spirit of oak visual model problem

Casting spirit of oak leaves my halfling druid still looking like a hafling druid, not a tree as expected. To clarify, if there are no buffs up, spirit of oak tree illusion works outdoors. If Form of the Hunter wolf illusion is on, casting Spirit of Oak returns to halfling appearance, there is no tree illusion. Also tested with Share Wolf, while wolf illusion is on from any spell it seems that casting spirit of oak results in returning to the original appearance and not tree form. As a matter of fact, the same problem exists with the spell Treeform and any of the wolf illusion spells, the only way to appear as a tree is to cast one of the tree line of spells with no wolf illusion on (must first click off any wolf illusions then cast a tree form spell).
