There is currently many people on Blue & Red who had the chance to get tailoring up to 154 for months and months. I would like the opportunity to get my tailoring up outside of racial combines or crystalline silk.

Are they really slackers? Or could they be people that started playing P99 after the unclassic early Wu's was corrected?

I understand Nilbog's reasoning to move it to May '01 to stay with the Classic timeline, but your reasoning of "down with the slackers" is shaky at best. It's closer to "reward those who exploited."
