Want to confirm, more specifically for Ring 8, the toon who rolls has to turn in to start event, and then same toon has to loot head? I assume this is the case, have a ring 7 on an alt I was curious if it's allowed to use it to do roll + turn in and loot Chief Head on my other toon.

The same toon must win the roll, turn in the marching orders, and loot the head. I was recently suspended for looting head on a different toon, which I thought was allowed, and so I asked Llandris to make this thread. Getting suspended for breaking a rule I wasn't aware of is a small price to pay for getting clear rules posted publicly. Thanks again, Llandris.

Sadly I can fully declare too little / too late in terms of this public posting because I was subject to the same suspension back on 07-30-2018 and yet voiced my concern about how can you suspend someone over something they have no way of knowing back then. I can probably bet others faced same before me.

Is there a limit on time to hand in ring 8, there been some problem with hand in where it been stall to 1:30 hours back. Now ppl have to wait a long time to hand in. Should this be change as same of scout roll or have a 5 min to hand after since one has 30 min before hand to prep?

So since people are now trying to bring level 35 alts to Scout rolls, I think it's in the servers best interest if we put a level requirement in place to participate in these rolls.

50+ seems like a reasonable level to obtain before being allowed to roll on these items.
