I just run the old patch file, before wolf and skele form was changed and I have zero issues.

Can you elaborate? I thought patching in any way would make eqemu non-functional.

Had same issue ...reinstalled solved it. I had the stiff wolf form and it seemed that some other wolves were humans...such as the coyote at the rings in Steamfront. Clean install works fine. Copy your charname_project99 and UI_charname_project99 so you dont lose you UI setup and macros/junk.

Using the updated textures (s3d zone files?) caused this to happen, when I reverted to the old s3d files, the problem fixed itself.

Can someone tell me which file the wolf form textures are in? I'd like to use updated textures for everything else but revert to the original file so that wolf form doesn't look wierd and I don't see a male human coyote by the steamfont rings.

That is exactly what my globabload file is. Also, there isn't an updated growthplane_chr.s3d in the updated textures. So why do they still mess up the wolf?

Side note, stiff wolf form existed on live if you were hit with share wolf while sitting, though it reverted upon standing again.
