Don’t worry, most or least damage taken on AoW only one guild kills it on repop every 5 days so it doesn’t matter.

Looking at the BIS items in the p99 war wiki you get a total of +35 charisma and putting all 25pts into charisma would give you a whopping 97 charisma.

Add shaman buff and bard song for a total of +176 caps your charisma at 255. Note that you would still cap it if you only put 7 points into charisma. If you however were to equip Brain of Cazic Thule, given its -25 charisma penalty, you will not be able to cap charisma with bard song and shaman buff. This is regardless if you go +25 charisma at creation or not. If potions stack then you could use a potion to plug that hole, the only difference is that for someone who only puts 7 points into charisma has a bigger hole w/o this measure.

Even considering vendor prices neither choice (7 cha or 25 charisma) will allow you to hit a new breakpoint with BIS gear. Unless again, you have Brain equipped which you can simply unequip.

Thus the only advantage of going 25 charisma occurs when you don't have a bard song or shaman buff. I honestly have no idea if tanks typically have bards pumping charisma, and even if they do the bard could die.

All combat stats do max out eventually with BIS gear and Avatar, at least I believe they do? Perhaps if dex doesn't max out with regular buffs then it'd be helpful with points into dex to make avatar proc faster. It would also help you on your whole Warrior journey.

And sure, some may say "oh but you need several super contested items to get all that charisma" but that's what you gotta do to be a raid tank where DI and charisma even theoretically matters.

So 7 cha 18 dex? Is that the way?
