Account Trading is Legal Again?

Sektor has bought multiple accounts recently. Is it okay to "TRADE" accounts again? Or am I allowed to "GIVE" Sektor my account and quit? Need a ruling plz.

Its been known for a long time that I do not condone RMT. If the shit was legal I would have as many toons as Sektor. The point is that I respect the rules the GMs have made for us. I already know Azrael is a bunch of dirty whistles with no respect for anything so you can go ahead and get out of this thread. This thread is for clean whistles that want clear and enforced rules.

So you're saying someone found a glitch and used it then someone else found out about the glitch, was told not to do it and did it anyway? They got banned for doing something they knew not to do? WHAT?!?!?!
