One guy at the trial said he was let into the building and therefore not guilty, walked free. Good thing he knew to say that or he could of pleased guilty out of fear and stupidity.

Matthew Martin argued that police allowed him to enter the Capitol.

Judge McFadden handed down a split verdict, finding Martin guilty of illegally being in a restricted area, but not guilty of disorderly conduct.

Mathew in his own words admitted to the court that “bad things” happened on Jan 6th and if given a second chance he might have stayed away from the Capitol.

I love how the Bug Eater argument is "Dems acting like Nazis, violating due process and tossing people in a gulag' means it was really an insurrection when video evidence proves otherwise
