Light Healing Macro?

Hello!

Just wondering if anyone figured out a way to make a macro to cast light healing about 5,000 times without developing carpal tunnel.

I was using

/cast (whichever slot it was in)
/pause 4

Rinse repeat for 8 lines, so I press it a quarter as much.
