Default Weird question about particles and layers.

Hi all, I recently installed and have a weird bug.
All PC and NPC names, as well as spell particle effects go under the world or behind trees for me at certain distances.

It seems to happen within a certain radius of my camera and character. Not exactly sure.
Here is an example, if I move my character forward the name will go in farther, and if I move my camera back it will go in farther. It does this everywhere in Neriak, Nek Forest, E commons, North Ro. So Im assuming it does it everywhere for me. If does this with walls, the ground and any other object. (trees, rocks, etc.)
Any ideas or help would be appreciated as this really sucks when looking at names of corpses or anything particle related really.

Ive noticed that if I have a spell cast on me it also looks as if it has landed where my name appears in this pic. Which is inside that building. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Did you follow the setup guide and replace the spells_us.txt file with the one provided?
