Default Buffs disappearing on zone
Not sure why this keeps happening but buffs keep getting wiped sometimes when zoning

At very low HP? If so, that's normal. If your current HP is less than the amount of HP granted by your buffs, your buffs will be stripped.

This is a classic mechanic that was added back in. The bug report that got it implemented has a little more info if interested
