Pulling Fungi King w/monk strat?

Just starting to do this camp and wondering what is a good method for this pull? Likely be a trio with ench/cleric or ench/sham. I just want to know

where they should be?
what mobs need cleared?
where should i pull to?
Where is a good FD point?

Stuff like that.
