My name is Ryan, but if you know me at all, you would know me by Williy, Medicinally, or Astras. I come to you for a solution on events that took place on P99 Green Sever on February 15th 2025. I ask you please consider the events that took place before, during, and after the Valentines Day Quake and make a collective determination and response in sanction if any at all is deemed proper.
On February 14 , 2025 Lineage downed Vox spawned from the quake. Among the items dropped by Vox - White Dragon Scales - were collected. The items were collected by the guild with a disposition to be bid out in Discord; a common practice I believe all those represented here use. Before the White Dragon Scales were put into a discord auction they are subjected to an eligibility check. The process of verifying who is eligible to bid on the item or if there is a player among who holds a elevated loot award status i.e. first, second, or greed. I did postulate to the guild by definition that I was among first tier loot filtering. Primary registered character is a level 60 Bard. There were no other players in attendance that could claim a elevated loot position. leadership made a determination that because I already had my Singing Short Sword that I would not be given any elevated loot position. I agreed that the ruling was fair, but that it should be outlined as condition for exclusion for transparency in the guilds DKP document.
The White Dragon Scales were then placed in a Discord auction at the greed level for all those who were present on the DKP tick taken upon VoX ToD.

The auction went live and there were post made but no official post. I made the first post bidding all my current holdings of DKP at 351. a guild member who is upset that he didn't fall into the guilds criteria on being in an elevated loot position made an invalid post for 1; his bid had to be higher then my all in to be valid. The server then quaked for a second time at 7:41p 2/15 closing the auction per guild rules. The guild made an announcement that they were not going to honor the quake triggering what i call a "fate" closing of the auction. As you can clearly see outlined on the auction page header and bid page itself. Another raider was allowed to bid that took me out of winning what should have been closed. i raised the question. The guild closed the auction. The leadership is now cold shouldering the issue at hand and made a post intending to reopen the White Dragon Scales tomorrow with the same rules starting at Zero. There is no reason given other than the quake caching officers eligible to bid but had not done so at the time of 2nd quake. There is no reason for this auction to be redone, and no way for the auction to be fair as it was closed by a "fate" event that was forethought into the auction system itself. I am asking for assistance and options to receive a clear and reasonable answer on why a valid auction isn't being honored. why is it being re auctioned. Its clearly a high value item that is being with held from me. The item is set to be reauctioned tomorrow with no response on why the first was invalid or would justify such a action to be taken other than someone won it who wasnt suppose to as the quake clause caught them with their pants down.
