Just keep the current red and release a new pvp server. nihilum or whatever current blue zerg guild can keep playing on the current red server (all they ever wanted were raid rights they couldn't get on blue) and everyone else can jump on the new server. GM's can monitor the new red server since the old one will be a blue eutopia without all those toxic pvp bros.
