To what end? Why do you do these things?

a person can't really expect to happy if they don't do those things. and maybe a person has a moral responsibility to their community to pursue holistic health.
to live well means different things to different people obviously, but it's my opinion that a person should:
- regularly participate in physical activity
- maintain a healthy body composition
- prioritize healthy sleep
- avoid drugs, alcohol, cigarettes
- pursue self-improvement, with a big emphasis on the self-directed part (no one can do it for you; not even the best therapist)
- develop and maintain meaningful social relationships
