Initiate symbol Quests

I saw the other day that someone in my guild completed the CT initiate symbol quest.

I decided to go kill halflings for about an hour in nektolus hoping they dropped the woven armbands for the initiate symbol of Innoruuk, unfortunately none dropped. If anyone knows the timeline of release for this quest or if the quest is broken I’d appreciate the info. I petitioned that the quest was broken over a month ago but haven’t received an answer from the nerd police.

I think Inny is Kunark, I too killed many a halfling in Nek on my cleric and didn't get a single grass amulet drop.

Though the cleric Paineel quests aren't all working either so there may be a patch coming that will fix them and that could be the problem too.

Perrir doesn't respond to the phrases for the quest, either. Not in yet.
